Use of Equipment and Supplies

• Cleaners are responsible for proper use and maintenance of company-provided equipment.
• Misuse or loss of supplies may result in deductions from wages.

Confidentiality and Conduct

• Cleaners must maintain the confidentiality of customer information and respect their privacy.
• Any inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination.

Scheduling and Attendance

• Cleaners must adhere to assigned schedules and notify the company of any changes promptly.
• Unexcused absences may result in penalties or job reassignment.
